Ordering & Delivery
To place an order, simply click "Add To Cart" on the desired item and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Return to your shopping cart and click on "Check Out".
For new customers, an account will be automatically created with the email address that you have provided. Select your mode of payment and delivery. Once the mandatory fields have been filled up, click on "Submit Order" to place your order and instructions will be directed to you for payment.
For overseas customers, we provide registered postage at a reasonable rate. With a tracking number provided, you will be able to check the status of your item via http://www.singpost.com/ once the item(s) has been dispatched out. For estimated delivery time, please refer here for a better gauge.
Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully, hence they may sell out during the process.
You will receive an invoice after submitting your order. If your mode of payment is via iBanking, please make your payment to DBS Savings Plus 015-1-046785 and reply the invoice with your transaction number within 24 hours.
Within the next 48 hours, we will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified. You should receive your item(s) in 4 - 6 days, excluding weekends once we have verified your payment. You may also check your order status by clicking on “Order status” located at the top right hand corner, by keying in the order number without having to log into your account.
Tinge of Black reserves the right to release your item(s) if no payment or replies were made during the given time frame.
Tinge of Black accepts the following payment options:
- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfer
- Interbank transfer - Paypal
- For international buyers, we accept Paypal
Local customers are advised to opt for PayPal for fuss free payment.
For customers who wish to pay by PayPal, but do not have an account with PayPal, fret not, you can still do so by signing in as a "guest", on the paypal page.
All payments are required to be made within 24 hours. Orders will be cancelled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period.
A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.
Submitting payment via PayPal
Proceed to make payment. Do not close the PayPal payment tab while payment is still in process, as your order will be deemed invalid. In the event of such situations, kindly place your order again.
Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 3 working days. We ship within Singapore via Singpost and packages have a 1 - 3 days delivery time from the date the package is shipped. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply.
Domestic postage is offered at a flat rate of S$2.50. All packages will be sent out via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. This is done to prevent any lost mail, and to ensure that our customers receive their items. Please note that the flat rate postage charge is chargeable for each transaction. No refunds will be made if you make multiple orders. Combined postage is not allowed for separate orders. We do not offer reservations or trades. Tinge of Black will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by Singpost.
Packages are shipped via registered postage, which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Packages will be shipped within 3 working days, Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. We ship via Singpost and packages require 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of delivery time. Occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. Tinge of Black follows the postage rates provided by Singpost, by cumulative weight. Shipping charges may be adjusted dependent on weight of items and destination of order; hence a top-up might be required.
International orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
